To Provide a Bachelor of Administrative Studies (BAS) degree in co-operation with Uganda Christian University(UCU).To provide an academic programme in Uganda leading to a Diploma in Health Administration.
To organize Continuing Medical Education workshops and seminars for Ugandan doctors.
To organize Continuing Nursing Education workshops and seminars for Ugandan nurses.
To Co-operate with and assist Ugandan medical providers in projects to meet specific health needs.
To organize continuing education workshops for Canadian health care providers.
